Cake Defi flaunts their 'transparency' when in reality they have a sneaky/dishonest way of showing that you're actually only getting 90% of the BTC you're paying for in ADDITION to the 1.99% Banxa fee. For example when purchasing it asks if you want to buy x amount of BTC or x amount of USD. I suppose it's up to us to realise the 2 are the same price. I paid $10k USD which was instantly worth only $9,100 in BTC because Cake Defi "isn't an exchange and the rates are higher than on the market" as they claimed... please be warned and just buy on a proper exchange like Binance. Noob lesson learned.
