I’m grateful for the prompt response from Rebecca email. I made her aware that I have made several attempts to call and that the call was terminated numerous times by the automated service. I tried again in the evening and was on hold almost 2 hours when Rebecca jumped into gear after receiving an email from me. I received a call to resolve my concerns. Thank you Rebecca!
