I had an issue with the yellow ink not printing on my DTV 1 Printer, so I reached out to customer service via their support email. They responded promptly with a series of troubleshooting steps to try. After attempting all the tips they provided, which included pictures and videos, the issue still persisted. They then connected with me remotely to check my printer's setting. Before the call ended, they asked me to try printing again to see if the yellow ink was working. I attempted two prints, and they came out perfectly. The representatives I spoke with were awesome and very patient throughout the process. Their customer service was excellent.
