PET PARADISE, FT. MYERS, FL What a wonderful place! From the second you park, the outside is maintained very well, which sets high expectations. Walking in, it’s so clean and cared for inside and you are instantly happily greeted by associates. They made me feel right at home and like my fur baby and I were already family. The associates are wonderful, and management is exceptional! I knew within the first minute of being there that my baby was in great hands. They answered every one of my questions and they helped set up my profile efficiently. The check-in and check-out processes are quick and easy. They really strive to meet all of your baby’s needs and to give them a clean, safer and very loving environment. Getting to watch my pup on the cameras was so fun! They call with any questions or concerns to get your best advice if a problem arises and immediately take action. There is a vet on-site all day as well, so you don’t have to worry about getting there quickly and getting a vet appointment in. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations and my baby gets SO excited to come back. Thank you!
