Absolutely shocking experience with NIU actual thief. I have been talking to uk email address (clair) about my fauty MQi-GT battery, this, I believe is the latest ticket number:195679 My battery stopped working under its warranty and NIU UK arranged to collect it on 30 July 2025 from the garage that ran the diagnosis Since then absolutely `nothing. No updates, no repair, no replacement, no explanation. They’ve had my battery for months and just stopped replying to every email. I’ve now had to threaten legal action because they’ve basically taken my property and disappeared. It’s unbelievable how a company selling expensive electric scooters can treat customers like this. Once they have your money (or your battery), you’re on your own. Avoid NIU at all costs terrible service, zero accountability, and a complete nightmare to deal with.
