Overcharged
I was very specific about the dates that I needed dog sitting as well as the times that my dogs needed to be walked. I was given a quote and then I was charged more at the end of the services even though nothing had changed about what I requested. I reached out to the company and asked them to review my bill twice and I have received no response. My neighbors reported that my dogs were left for hours with no sitter and in fact my dogs, who have never urinated indoors, did in fact pee inside leaving me with ruined carpet carpets to deal with.
