Don't waste your money, this place is a scam!!! Use at your own risk. I bought a ticket through them in February 2026 for a trip from NYC -> Paris in May. When I went to check in for my flight, I saw that my return date had been changed....without my knowledge or confirmation. And I only found out as I was about to check in for my flight. I immediately got on the phone with them which started a week long saga of being put on hold, being told to wait 24-48hrs that they were working on it. In the end, nothing happend...they've stuck me with a return date that was not what I paid for and not what I wanted...if I leave Paris earlier than I planned I lose the money for the program and accommodation I paid for in Paris, but it's too expensive to buy a new ticket now for my original. Their consolation was the offer to cancel my ticket and give me a refund of $130, knowing full well that the cheapest last minute ticket from Paris to NYC is now around $700. What a joke! At one point, their customer service guy started yelling at me because I suggested going through my credit card company to dispute the service, as the ticket I'm stuck with is not what I paid for. When I asked him to calm down, he got mad and hung up on me. I recorded the call so I have proof! They did acknowledge that the change happened on their end but suggested that it was a "computer error". I asked multiple times why I couldn't be moved back to my original flight, but they could not give me an answer. Again, this place is a scam and I would not recommend you go through them to book any flight tickets. If you do, do so at your own risk.
