Signed up for a trial lesson, it wasn't a good fit for me, because I didn't like their payment plan. That was about 4 months or so ago. I still get a call from them every few weeks, it used to be weekly, but I've started blocking the numbers. It's just an automated call using ghost numbers, how the hell would that make me want to sign up? Please leave me alone.
Stay away from this company. Their data recovery software doesn't work, and they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. Even when they finally agree to refund, they don't want to give the money. Constantly chasing them and questioning them. It's been 9 days since they approved a refund, and said "5-7 days until it will be in my account" I've just had another email today saying they have processed the refund and the money should appear in my account withing my account within 5-7 days depending on MY banks availability and processing speeds. I promise you, my bank can accept money and show it in my account within 2 seconds, so stop giving me ridiculous excuses and actually refund me my money. Better yet, stop scamming people with your worthless software and then giving them the run around on their refund
Data recovery software shows the files in trial version, in full version, lo and behold, it couldn't recover them. I requested a refund, and this was granted. I requested a refund through the payment company, however the company informed me that easeus refused the refund. I contacted easeus and am now getting radio silence. I requested a refund within 30 minutes of buying the software. Their "30 day money back guarantee" is just a marketing ploy that they have no intention of honouring. Don't use this software, it's a scam.
