if i can give no star i will surely give…i will give them 0 star for their disappointing me as i went down to one of their branch to open an account their staff approached me and asked my purpose coming down today so i said i will open a savings account then she steppin to asked im not yet done talking to her then she come back telling me the requirements yeah i saw it already online as i booked my appointment for today then say Spass/Epass? LOCAL?hahaha so funny question so when i said im foreigner holding LTVP+ then she left again went inside then come back to me u need to deposit money you need to deposit money..hahaha im irritated to her actually then i asked can i open an account or not if its hard for you guys to take me in for my appointment its ok i have the money to deposit thats y come to you and as i said i read your requirements before i come down so if u cant cater me because im a foreigner you should also put that to your website that you prioritise LOCAL or i just felt being disrespected and discriminated by you hopefully you can improve your service CUSTOMER SERVICE you dont even offer me to take a sit as i carry my kid with me.
