Beware!
I made an order on the 13th of January, after weeks I contacted them asking where my order was, to be told they would send some of the items I bought, I waited and waited for my missing item, they always replied to the messages and emails, saying it’s definitely going to be sent, lots of excuses, this was a gift I intended to give for a birthday that had by this time passed, and would like to be refunded for the missing item, I’d had enough of their excuses, and no communication from them now, I have a feeling they never intended to send this item, They have been quick to send messages to make many excuses, now that I want a refund they have ignored me, It’s such a shame as I would have bought from them again, not now, I don’t think they are trustworthy, so beware, if you are unlucky and have any problems, you will be ignored.
