Scam company
Scam company. Product arrived without a box, shrink wrapped with huge creases. They tell you to “stuff it” or steam it and it will come out. It does not. Crappy quality. Requested a refund and to return it. They have me 50% back after I filed a claim with my cc company and I could keep the bag. I wouldn’t put my dog in it. Buyer beware.
