Cant do zero stars cause they don’t deserve one I have been waiting for a solution since 28 of October and nothing they have gone quiet. I finally raised a dispute with my bank so they can keep the gift card I bought but never received Avoid them there are lots of others that can offer the same service and you will not experience problems or at least someone is going to get in touch for any issues . Raise only use robots and automatic replies they are not serious they just want to steal money
