Awful Experience
This company is by far the worst that I've ever dealt with. In October 2019 I booked a trip for my husband and I to fly from Canada to Costa Rica for the following March. Due to COVID-19 the flight was cancelled. Upon connecting with the company they stated that they would offer me credit for the amount that I paid to be booked within a two year time frame of ticket purchase (October 2021). Due to government restrictions on travel we were unable to use the credit in the time frame that they allotted. I reached out to them several times to see what could be done. I inquired about booking a domestic flight for November 2021, however they denied this and stated that my travel had to be completed by October 2021. After several calls being dropped by their company and complete dismissal of their inaction, I finally agreed to less than half of the total price that I paid. Proceed with caution; the deals are clearly not as good as they seem.
