One item never received; poor tracking
I ordered four items and downloaded the App for my phone so that I could easily track delivery, however until the items left China there was no information. Also, I received a notice that one of the items was shipped separately, but the tracking information indicated that all were delivered together, although the item that was originally to be sent separately has not ever arrived. Luckily it was a small inexpensive item because I don't expect it will ever arrive. Tracking could be improved. Items were packed in a thin plastic bag and came in a battered coarse cardboard box. Otherwise the quality of the items was fine, but I was disappointed by the tracking and poor communications.
