Discount Loyalty Points Never Applied at Check-out
Love the food and delivery service but the recent changes to the website and my account have left me frustrated. I have been using my loyalty points to receive $5 / $10 discounts when earned. The loyalty points are deducted from my account balance, but NEVER applied at check-out. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue via support email provided and NOBODY gets back to me to address this issue. All I get back is their Terms & Conditions stating (when you dig through the fine print) they have no obligation to fix the issues with loyalty points. They offer loyalty points as an incentive to purchase more often via the subscription service. However, it feels like a shame, as the discounts earn don't appear to every get applied at check-out. I am 80+ years old and it really is a shame to treat their weekly subscription customers this way.
