It works if you commit.
I have tried almost everything on the market to loose weight and get healthy. Nothing had worked, and then I saw a testimonial on tv for Energized Health. I signed up. I started at age 82 with arthritis throughout my body, fingers so swollen they didn’t work and a damaged back that barely let me walk. What a difference the program has made. I now walk at least a mile every morning, blood pressure normal, and the inflammation is gone from my hands and fingers. The back is improving and I have my life back.I also had a wonderful coach, Shannon K, who was always there to answer questions, keep me positive, and give me a boost when I needed it.
