I feel silly for just now reading reviews on DHGate. I would have saved a lot of money if I had read before ordering. I ordered a pair of shoes, order no. 3414472179, that the seller agreed were not as described and after asking several times to return the item for a full refund DHGate gave me $20 back. In what world do you get a partial refund for an item a purchaser cannot use? Not even half of what I paid! Their argument is that they gave me the option and I did not respond so they chose for me…… However I never saw this message and I had requested, on several occasions, a full refund. When the option was $20 or a full refund why would I select a partial return of money?!?! Lastly, I had ordered two other items the same day on March 14, 2022, orders 3414491049 and 3414472178 and as of today 44 days later, no delivery. They have been in transit since March 18, 2022. Save your money, there are definitely better sites with better customer service!
