What's Chinese for 'Numpties'?
Ordered two bedside wall lights - one left handed and one right handed. Got two left handed ones. After being told they didn't make a right hand version and I pointed out the picture of one on their website, they then said I ordered two left handed. Showed them the email trail of my order so they eventually backed down and said they would send a replacement. So two weeks later, I got another left handed one! Sent them pictures of their website with the two different handed units with the respective SKU numbers. They came back and said I was installing it wrong! Started to doubt my sanity by this time and the laws of physics. Still ongoing, but I don't hold out much hope. Am visiting Hong Kong soon, may pitch up at their offices wearing two left wellington boots and see if they spot something amiss. . . PS To their credit, I have now received a correct unit. But what a faff . . . too many people involved in trying sort it, but in the end, many hands make light work.
