Customer service is non-existent
I ordered five v-neck shirts for my husband. They seemed fine, but he preferred a crew neck style. I attempted to contact the company multiple times through the email address they provided, but they did not respond. You can't have a company without customer service. Their "no questions asked" return policy seems to mean that "customers may not ask any questions or return items." Very disappointed. Updated six months later: The owner of the company has contacted me and has offered explanation for the lack of communication last fall and plans for moving forward with more attention to customer service. I am hopeful that this will be the case for all of their business going forward.
