We only had one issue
We only had one issue. I paid for seats to sit together as a family because I have 3 little ones and have found that European airlines do not always seat you together like the ones we fly in the state. And 3 days before our flight they refunded me my money and said we could not have those seats. Mind you I paid for them months ago. So I had to go and buy new seats at a higher price point. I would have texted them lower for this but as I had not had it happen before I only took 1 star off. Otherwise they were a decent company to use.
