"All sales are final" ... So it appears. Bought a device (Umidigi F2) via the branded Ebay European shop. About 5 months later the hardware (mic) and partially funny software behaviour (bugs with sharing screenshots etc) motivated me to contact seller on ebay. After initial response that they would get back to me after Chinese new year...weeks after weeks (and follow up emails) no response. ebay support was no help either. Contacted Umidigi directly, the service department didn't take any action. Long story short...the devices are great as long as they work. Don't expect any support if they don't
