Very impressed with the Chanel bag I bought from Loveholic! The bag is so beautiful and in excellent condition just as described. Very friendly service & prompt in answering my questions. I immediately purchased the bag within 30 mins of seeing it listed. Its the fastest luxury bag purchase I've EVER made online OMG LOL! The whole process was really smooth and entrupty certificate was included which really gave me peace of mind! The only thing I question is the shipping - there is no option to select which carrier to use. I would have preferred DHL, but FedEx was used instead. My bag arrived after 5 working days from Singapore to Australia. My first Chanel purchase & also my first time purchasing from an online luxury bag reseller based overseas! Overall a pleasant experience.
