I ordered a converter for the camera…
I ordered a converter for the camera lens and it has been a week and the item hasn't arrived. The online tracking stopped in China and haven't been updated for three days. The company information is very misleading as the item was shipped from China! I wrote twice but still haven't gotten a reply. Update: I got a reply from them after three days and was told the item is in transit. They sent me a different reference number for the transportation and said because this item was out of stock in the UK, they had to ship it from China. However, nowhere on their website indicate it was out of stock. And from previous reviews, their stocks were shipped from China. The misleading information, blatant lies and the long silence after email inquires just mean very bad customer service.
