Product and service good, shipping lousy
I recently wrote a bad review because of my damaged lights and them not getting any responses to my response. Somehow that all changed and my email was answered the next day. Since then the emails have been flowing between us, them asking for pictures and my order number and me sending them. The outcome is that they are going to send me 2 new lights. If my lights come intact I'll give them 5 stars. The unfortunate part is that it was the shipping that caused the damage. I didn't think they cared but they've been courteous, responsive and sending me new lights
