Bad costumer service
Order GUI300035078, i pay for a Poco F3 phone. They never sent any email or any proof of payment. After 1 week still "pending shipping". Trying to contact them to cancel the order and return my money but they don't reply. Edit: later they contact me saying to delete this negative feedback as they have been in vacation from 1oct to 7oct so didn't reply or ship orders. I will keep the negative feedback because they should care about the costumer and give the information about their pause in activity before we make a payment. Like other stores do.
