Took my money but didn’t submit my order
I ordered a Halloween costume on September 19th. I was never contacted that it shipped, because it hadn’t. When I reached out I was told I needed to authorize the order on my card, despite the fact they had already taken my money and that they had never contacted me about it. Now that I did all the leg work to figure out the problem the costume is out of stock. Terrible service, I would not recommend using this website.
