Really slow and unresponsive
Really slow and unresponsive. It takes too long and gets stuck. The worst part is that I am unable to even contact anyone. Their email reply is really slow (till not no reply yet) and their Online 24hour chat is a chatbot that doesn't even support this app and the problems that come with it. I think this has the potential but I just wish when we met with problems its much easier to troubleshoot. I'm stuck on my 30GB of photos for at least 1.5 hours (And I have another 80GB worth of stuff to go). Dont even know if this is going to complete successfully
