Terrible Company Do Not Purchase
I purchased this mower nearly 12 months The power transformer has failed Mammotion do not carry it as a spare part and I have had to pay a contractor to cut the grass 4 x weeks on and I still have no power transformer despite repeated promises to locate a power transformer and send it to me There AI responses to customer service is terrible There back up support and spare parts is non existent Don’t waste your money on this inferior product There are much better robot mowers on the market that have proper after sales support My friend who recommended this product to me has since got rid of his mower due to the same problems he had with Mammotion and getting support and spare parts from them He bought the new Husquavarna robot mower and is extremely happy with it and there support program I have asked Mammotion for a refund on the mower numerous times in the last 2 weeks They ignore the request Don’t touch these mowers the company is useless and has 0 customer support and service
