False claims
This company is full of false claims and false marketing. Many claims about how his plants are superior due to something called "genetic re-expression" is nonsense, as well as having specially built lights that are customized for carnivorous plants. All these come with an insane markup that I've come to realize that I have been cheated when I go to my local nurseries, buy a plant at 20% of his selling price, and they thrive the same way. Claims about community research is also false, as his community is his family, and his lab is his home. I also bought plants from reputable overseas sellers at about 20% cheaper than his price, and I get healthier and larger plants which survive in the same conditions. And I bought a light at half of what he's selling for, and my plant is thriving. Dont buy from him. Join local groups and learn about alternative sources and make your own decisions.
