Highly recommend Ian Bell at Bluestar AMG Shanghai. He took over my QROPS which was in a mess from the company I launched it with, and he managed to restructure it and to a lower fees structure. Since taking over the management of my investments, also a Savings Plan, they have improved and since then are smart investments. He gives excellent service, and is v knowledgeable.
