Even after a lot of communication with them, my latest order isn't even in production 10 days after I paid for shipping which guaranteed ** delivery in 10 days from purchase. Terrible service. First order everything come on the wrong materials. Almost never is the material as described. Even if it says cotton, it will be this weird synthetic material.. for my use case this largely is acceptable, though for most people it would not be. Order issues include: Wrong materials (almost always not as advertised) Printing in the wrong place Delayed production even if you pay for quick shipping Garments are much longer or shorter than advertised. Poor customer service It is a shame because the platform is easily the best platform available but they do not care about quality control at all. They take your money and ship you what ever they have. It is impossible to build a brand using Yoycol. I would love for the CEO to reach out to me to help them understand this is costing THEM millions in lost revenue. Oh, reached out to customer service and had to fight for a refund on products which were not wearable because they were so long. Way over advertised length (4 inches too long). Print quality is good, Yoycol could be amazing, but truly they really do not care and their customer service is terrible. Yoycol, when you read this.. do better. Then we can all make more money and have much much happier customers because people don't want the wrong print on the wrong products.
