I order(GUI150035463) a mobile poco m3 pro, in 14 september, today its 9 october and i didnt get the product. I already send emails to the support,the first in 24 september, and i get an answer telling me that the product was shipped 3 day ago, so in 21 september, but nothing happened until now, after the e-mail of 24 september i wrote 4 emails to the customer suppport, asking what was happening and asking for a refund, i didnt get any answer, this is gone be the last purchase that i make in this site, its ridiculous the way they treat the customers. A site to avoid, lets see if i will get the mobile or the money back.in the same day i made this review, gshopper has made the refund of my mobile, so i made a update and gave 3 Stars, because the problem was solved
