Sir/Madam If you check the records I call three times on the third try, I spoke with Ms Dee she helped me through and explain my concerns and contact to me and got me the HELP I needed to get my vehicle to Vicksburg Ms. for repairs. I am a small business owner and don’t believe in padding employees on the back, but I tell them thank you job well done! Ms Dee , if I say is a ( piece of work) she is GOOD at her job, I no your receptionist has a certain amount of caller to handle, but thank God this Lady handle my concerns. I have been with TOCO for some years now but I have never experienced what I did with that Lady she has concerns and feelings for the customer, after the call I felt her concern was just for me.
