Very Confusing to make a call
The process to make the call was very confusing. It asked for a pin/ID number which I had no clue of what it was.. had to search to the website to figure it out. Then there’s the option to bypass the whole process of dialling a local number but that also was not available to everyone. The process is simply too complicated for people who simply want to make their call. I recommend you simplify this, or make the instruction process more clear.
