Awesome product, aweful delivering
Ordered a bag from K&F webstore in september 2021. They shipped it via a chinese company (Yuntrack) Few days later, Yuntrack indicate that my package was delivered to a neighbor, but i received no notification in my letter box and i have 150 neighbors in my building. K&F tried to help me but nobody knew where was the package. After a few days, still searching, I found out on the Yuntrack details of the shipment that the package arrived at some point at ColiColi Hub. Searching on the web about ColiColi and found out it was a French delivering company. I called them and they told me my package was in a store next to my building. (So if I didn't find them, I would never know where was my package). I called the store and they laughed because it's a driving school and they don't receive package. I called ColiColi and they said they will investigate and send me a picture of the package delivered. I noticed a little black window grill on the picture. I go to all the stores around my place to search for that little black window grill. I find the grill in the driving school. The owner asked me why i was there and i said i called earlier about my package, they laughed but i can see it here in their store. In the end, ColiColi delivered my package in a company who had no idea they had my package. It was mixed with their own package for them. With no research on my part, the package was lost for sure. So I would give 5 stars to K&F for the product (the bag is exactly like expected) and the support all along, but I would give 0 star to the logistics. They have to change the shipping company, or at least the shipping company when the package arrive in France (better go to Laposte, DHL, UPS, Collissimo, MondialRelay).
