I used Haley Spector. After I submitted my resume, Haley asked some questions regarding the resume. I responded, and then didn't hear back for 10 days. At this point, I had to reach out to her to get a response. Her next "edit" was asking me to add a year to an item I listed. After completing that, here we are again 5 days later, and I have yet to receive a response. The communication has been poor, and no updates have occurred to my resume. I asked for an updated copy, and have not received one. I have wasted $250. When she did respond, I did not feel as if she understood the industry/job, and asked questions that were not pertinent.
