Customer service has been friendly and helpful so far. I contacted HOZO because unused 180-grit sanding strips were peeling off their backing sheets. They acknowledged the issue and passed it on for review, promising an email follow-up within 24 hours. The issue hasn’t been resolved yet, but I’ve had a positive experience with the support so far.
