Middling level of service. Fully aware it's a marketplace of different sellers so its hard to review the company themselves as not every product is coming from them. Website isn't gamified as much as you see when popping onto TEMU but the offers notification sound is irritating. Tracking updates aren't frequent, and my item has been past customs clearance for 5 days. Mistakenly, I've marked the item as arrived when i wanted to check the tracking so i've no review of the item itself but for the services it's very meh at the moment
