Why do they even exist
This guys unbelievable - after speaking to them I realised why I hate Apple so much, I had any issue with my gift card. they said they would helped me and instead of helping they threw me under the bus, with a even bigger issue than I had before. these guys are imbeciles - they call themselves senior advisor/manager and they have no power no skill apart from wasting oxygen. Another reason why we have global warming is because of apple after service all just oxygen burners. one of the most useless companies to grace this earth. Maybe the should go learn customer service skills from places like PayPal.
