Excellent customer service! I am very satisfied with my new glasses. The prescription and progressive lenses are perfect and the glasses are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lenses arrived with a few tiny scratches, but Firmoo customer service responded very quickly and offered an extremely fair and generous solution. I was allowed to keep my glasses and received a voucher for a new pair. The communication was friendly, fast and professional. This is how customer service should be!
