wont even ship my order after 2 weeks
didnt know it would take 2 weeks to even start shipping? sent 7 messages in customer service no one answered at all

oh my god like customer service can you just shut it down if you're not gonna respond?? i asked when tf my order will be shipped 4 times after 12 days and no answer, just "viewed" like cool! leaving a customers every message on viewed is very cool!!! I highly suggest not to buy there unless you're in asia or only order in express shipping, but even express shipping they take so so long to ship also don't tell me to email you guys because I already did like 3 times and you didn't reply!! like is it just that hard to ship 2 wigs?
