Avoid!
Ordered ten expensive lampshades for our restaurant - spent around £1,000.00. I was given fake tracking information, so I really expected to be ripped off. E mails were either unanswered or requests for us to be patient. Eventually, after nearly three months, the shades finally arrived. They look good, apart from the fact that they are all slightly different! Safety wise, they all needed work to bring them up to standard - the weight of the shade risked pulling off the lampholder. We had to attach safety cables as a precaution. Our advice? life is too short to waste getting stressed by companies like Litfad. Avoid.
