I would give it zero stars if I could. Stay away from them. I wish I knew this before placing an order with them. They will place an order as you instructed but will also cancel on a whim without telling you the situation before they act. I had a two part pre-order that they cancelled as no item was shipped out for the first part (it was normal and stated in the listing) even though they asked me about it before the order was placed. Then they go - oops just order again. Like...dude...It's a limited pre-order! They only cancel after the pre-order period is over too to screw you over even more. Do yourself a favor and don't use them. Update: It gets worse. After that it sounds like they got themselves blacklisted from the store and all they know how to say is "sorry". They're literally not even trying.
