Poor quality and very disappointing…
Poor quality and very disappointing customer service I purchased a CITYSPORTS walking pad in May 2025 and have only used it a handful of times. The machine has been properly lubricated, but it has developed a serious issue when being used. When there is weight on the walking pad, the belt becomes extremely jittery and can harshly stop or catch suddenly. This makes the machine feel unstable and, in my opinion, potentially unsafe to use. I contacted CITYSPORTS to explain the problem and specifically raised my concerns about the safety of continuing to use the machine. Unfortunately, I have found their response very unhelpful. Rather than properly investigating the issue or arranging for the machine to be inspected, I have been left without a satisfactory solution. For a product that is designed to be used while someone is walking on it, sudden stopping and severe jolting is a significant safety concern. I expected much better customer service and support, particularly given that the machine has had very little use. I would strongly encourage CITYSPORTS to take safety complaints more seriously and provide proper after-sales support when a customer reports a potentially dangerous fault.
