Terrible customer service/ missing parcel.
I ordered 2 personalised key rings 1.for.my daughter.and the other for my wife with pictures of our dog that we recently lost. I'm now 3 weeks down the line and just.keep getting a response of please be patient from an email response. They.keep telling me a couple of days I've now asked for a refund 3.times now and still.not received anything. I definitely would not recommend this company as there customer service is shockingly bad.
