My order came in... but this website is wierd
I placed my order around September 12th and saw that the expected shipping date was 7-12 business days. ordering from other places before, i figured this was when the costume was actually finished rather than when the order was placed, which ended up being correct. Their communication is REALLY bad, I asked about a week or so later when it was estimated to be done since i only got the order confirmation and nothing else, and they said anytime between the end of the month to mid october. Mid october came, and nothing showed up. not even an update. I emailed them again asking when it would come in and got no response. I was going to call pay pal and my bank to get a refund (since i saw this website and assumed it was a scam) but then a few days later i got a notification saying it was shipped and would arrive in a few days. I had never heard of the delivery service they used, so i was still a bit skeptical. but i waited and it ended up showing up on my door step at 9pm a few days later. the costume looks and feels amazing and is great quality (Flynn Rider), and overall i'm satisfied with the end product. It's not a scam, but they have crappy customer service and unorganized business practices.
