A clear scam platform with unfair fees and pricing. I had a very poor experience with SEAGM and felt misled by their recharge prices. The exchange rate is much lower than the current rate. I completed two recharge orders on April 5, 2026, and they paid an excessively lower amount. The deductions were far too high compared to what a customer would reasonably expect, and there was no transparent breakdown of fees or the exchange rate. This kind of pricing structure feels unfair and non-transparent, they even do not respond at all. I contacted them through live chat, diverted me to email after that no response at all. If you use this platform, be cautious and check exactly how much value you are really getting before trusting the listed price. I have already contacted support and requested a proper explanation and adjustment, but they have not responded yet. Update: They’re lying here! After I posted this review, they pretended to be innocent and willing to help through a public reply, but in reality, they still haven’t responded to my email. This is clearly a scam platform.
