This company is TERRIBLE
This company is TERRIBLE! I paid for the service where 6 edits were allowed. Upon give my initial qualifications of what I was looking for in my logo design the first iteration was everything I said I didn’t want in forms of color and look and feel. When I connected with my project manager Neek instead of taking my concerns to heart he tried to sell me another product instead of delivering on the product that I had already paid for. His response was to put more designers on the project and really give me a custom feel logo however all I received was clipart that I was able to find in word with different color changes instead of a true custom logo. When I requested a refund I was told I would receive within 15 business days that was on October 1. It is now October 25 and I have yet to receive a refund nor have they respond to my three emails in which I have requested an update. I am now in the process of submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as this company is a fraudulent company that does not produce a product for paid services nor refund when they do not meet their obligation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
