A very cheap HK Based company If I could give them zero as a score I would. **** This company is unbelievable- having written to them clearly stating that i only want a refund - they write to you with multiple options to exchange without providing return details . You have to email them for a 2nd time and wait another 24 hours for a response. They tell me I am wrong about the dress being shorter than seen i’m 5ft 2 a dress is always longer on me than other people . no culpability and no apologies - The return is designed to be as difficult as humanly possible to hope you just don’t bother. Any decent well set up online business makes their returns easy. this company does not care
