This store is an absolute scam! I received a dress that looked nothing like the pictures and fit horribly. The company refuses to send me a return address for Germany and keeps offering partial refunds… horrible customer service and quality. Edit: I finally got a return label at the cost of 16 USD after 3 days of refusing to accept partial refunds. I cannot recommend this company. Order number: JV20125191. You delay so much with your response times and the fact that you keep offering partial refunds instead of just sending the return label as requested. And therefore also reduce the amount of time the customer has to send the item back on time. No professional business reacts like this upon a return request.
